Read through the information on this page before making a repair request.
If your toilet becomes clogged, a plunger can normally be used to dislodge anything stuck in the pipes. Simply push the plunger over the drainage hole and pump it vigorously. Don't flush the toilet during this process or you may cause the basin to overflow.
If your bathtub or sink clogs, you may be able to use a plunger on those pipes, too. You can also purchase a drain cleaning tool from a local hardware store, which will allow you to fish foreign matter out of the drain.
If you lose electrical power in your rental property, please call your utility provider before contacting us. Your provider should be able to help you pinpoint the issue.
No Hot Water?
If you don't have access to hot water, there is likely an issue with the settings on your heating tank. Check the controls and make sure nothing has been accidentally changed.
Heating and A/C Problems
If your heating or air conditioning isn't working, check the settings on your central thermostat. You can try to cycle the system to see if this resolves the problem.
